There are two levels of whitelabeling support. For all Biz Pack and Agency plans top "powered by" is removed. However, Interactive apps will prompt user to authorize Tradablebits App in order to allow participation with campaign. We have an option to offer complete branded authentication and please contact our sales team for pricing
Yes. Anyone can install our basic apps for personal or commercial use. To further customize your page, remove TradableBits links and advertisements on your page, you can use our premium or custom apps by upgrading to the best monthly plan for you.
Visa, MasterCard or American Express works. Your credit card will be charged monthly based on the plan you choose.
For your flexibility. Our plans are subscription-based and are billed monthly. This lets you easily change plans, including downgrading or upgrading, or even (gasp!) cancelling, your plan any time.
Apps provide additional features and functionality to your Facebook Page. The app will have it's own icon tied to the type of app you choose from our suite of features.
Yes. You can cancel at anytime. All monthly service plans are prepaid monthly and no partial credits will be applied. Cancellation is immediate and can be done in the account settings.
Stellar, especially for those that upgrade to any of our Premium Plans, which receive priority over the FREE Starter accounts. We provide support by email to all customers. Premium Plan accounts can call to get phone support.
We use a secure large hosting facility that ensures protection of the files and accounts using best practices. We do our best to make sure all systems are protected from known vulnerabilities.
Yes. You can switch plan at any time and it happens automatically. Your next invoice will carry adjustment for changing the plan with credit/debit calculated accordingly to the date of the switch.
